Cancellations

 

All wedding orders MUST be cancelled NO later then 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.  If the orders cancelled after the 3 weeks any money paid outside of the non-refundable deposit will NOT be refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS

 

All regular orders MUST be cancelled NO later then 72 hours before it's needed, orders cancelled after 72 hours any money paid outside of your non-refundable deposit will NOT  be refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once a cake has been delivered or picked up by you or a designated party it is considered “accepted”.  Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade choice or general decoration design will not be honored.  Artificial light and sun light will change (fade) the perception of colors, which is beyond our control.

 

If the cake or order is delivered to customer or designated party and accepted, any damage to the cake or desserts after the order is delivered or picked-up is out of our control and no refunds will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Cake or dessert flavors and textures are subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after order has been accepted and picked up are only offered if 70% of the product is brought back in 24-48 Hours and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is at the discretion and sole decision of Sweet Tooth Desserts. If a refund is given it will be 15% of the full price of the order minus the deposit. If more than 70% of the cake (or dessert) is eaten there will be NO REFUND NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds are only given up to 2 days after the order has been picked up and accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS.
